The Pool is open
The pool opens in May and closes in late September or October depending on our weather that year. It’s important that toddlers have protective swimwear when in the pool. The tennis courts remain open all year round. Please observe the 7:00 AM opening and 10:00 PM closing time. Access card will be suspended for violating the rules.
High quality video recording with night imaging is on 24/7 at our pool and tennis courts. Motion detecting lights are in the pool and parking lot area for your safety.
Pool guests. Only four guests per household. Guests MUST BE accompanied by adult from the household AT ALL TIMES.
Pool party We do not permit pool parties at any time.
Children Under 18 Years of Age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult from the residence at all times. Guests do not count towards the 18 year old age requirement. This is an insurance issue and must be enforced.
